Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data packs last until used and never expire. Unlimited devices is a device limit, not unlimited data.
Plans by usage
Choose a plan for how you use it
This page covers monthly plans and data packs. Choose a billing type first, then compare allowances within that category. Prices across plans with different validity rules aren’t directly comparable as discounts.
Monthly plan: ongoing access, data resets monthly
For everyday work, research, AI tools or frequent video streaming. When choosing an allowance, account for usage across computers, tablets and other devices—not just occasional browsing. Monthly data resets each month on your activation date, not on the first of the calendar month. Mid-cycle upgrade price differences are converted into the remaining days; check the changes shown in the panel before confirming.
Monthly plan / Light use
60GB
¥9.9 / month
A good fit for web browsing, messaging and research. If you mainly use AI tools for text-based questions, this allowance may also be a useful starting point. Choose it for the lower monthly cost, not based on a promised number of hours of use.
Frequent large downloads, cloud syncing or video streaming can use data faster. Check your usage in the panel rather than assuming fewer devices means lower data use.
For a mix of browsing, work, AI tools and video streaming. Compared with the light-use plan, it includes more monthly data, making it easier to budget for both file transfers and leisure viewing without estimating based on just one activity.
A larger data allowance does not change an account’s own platform, regional or content restrictions. Check whether a video service works for your situation. Large downloads and background syncing also count toward your data use.
For frequent video streaming, heavier file transfers or ongoing use across multiple devices. This monthly plan has the lowest cost per GB among the monthly options. Whether it’s right for you depends on your actual usage; there’s no need to exceed your budget for a larger allowance.
This plan still has a data limit; it is not unlimited data. If your connection is unstable, check the route, client and local network. A larger data allowance won’t fix connection issues.
Data packs last until used and never expire, making them suitable for occasional research, temporary work or intermittent access to international websites. “Never expires” refers to the data pack’s validity; it does not mean unlimited data or guarantee that any platform’s content will remain available. If you use the service regularly, compare monthly plans too. A larger total allowance doesn’t automatically make a data pack the better choice.
Data pack / Occasional use
300GB
¥158 / pack
For users with a clear need for access but an irregular schedule—for example, researching international sources for a while, then using the service less. There’s no need to buy the same allowance every month while you wait to use it again; remaining data stays available for later.
Data does not reset monthly. Before choosing, check whether your usual apps download or sync in the background, as these activities affect how long a data pack lasts.
For users who want to keep a larger data balance despite an irregular usage schedule. You can plan for file transfers, browsing and occasional work based on actual usage rather than a fixed monthly cycle.
A larger allowance still requires attention to downloads and video streaming, which can use data quickly. If your needs are steady from month to month, compare monthly plan prices before deciding whether you need a data reserve.
For users who understand their data usage and want to keep a larger reserve. This pack has the lowest cost per GB among the data packs, but it’s best suited to those with a genuine need—not a reason to buy more data just for a lower unit price.
This pack also lasts until used and does not refill monthly. If you’re new to subscription services, first learn how to import a client configuration, choose a route and check usage. Then choose an allowance that suits your habits.
Choosing a plan mainly comes down to billing type and data allowance. Consider device, platform and general usage rules separately from the allowance.
Unlimited simultaneous devices
Use the service across devices without changing plans just to account for device count. Each device still needs a correctly configured client. Plan your data around all your devices; unlimited devices does not mean unlimited usage.
100+ countries / 220+ routes
International routes offer options for different regions and use cases. First check the region requirements of the service you want to access, then choose a route based on how it performs for you. Coverage does not guarantee that every route works with every platform. See the route guide.
Popular desktop and mobile platforms
Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported. Clients and subscription access are available in the user panel; sign in to get your subscription, and follow the panel’s instructions for client access. New users can start with the getting started guide.
Bank-grade encryption
Protecting your connection and account both matter. Keep your username, password and subscription link secure, and import them only into clients you trust. When reporting an issue, don’t share your full subscription details publicly.
Choosing routes for streaming
Choose routes based on your viewing needs, but available libraries, playback access and video quality also depend on platform accounts, region and device requirements. A data allowance does not grant playback access. Read the streaming guide to understand how platform restrictions and route selection relate.
Help and support tickets
Browse the Help Center for common questions. For order, connection or refund issues, sign in to the panel and submit a ticket. Include the platform, client behavior and relevant order details to help pinpoint the issue.

Open the user panel from a plan card and check the price, data allowance and billing type before checkout. Plan card buttons take you to the plan page; they don’t confirm an order.
From choosing a plan to confirming it’s active
Set up your account. No email required—create an account with a username and password. If you already have an account, sign in and use the same account to place your order and manage your subscription, so orders aren’t split across accounts.
Check the plan. In the panel, confirm whether you’re choosing a monthly plan or a data pack, then check the price and allowance. Monthly plans reset on your activation date; data packs last until used and never expire. Don’t mix up the two billing rules.
Complete payment. Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. Follow the checkout instructions and double-check the payment amount and order details. For USDT, use only the payment instructions shown at checkout, not payment details forwarded by someone else.
Verify in the panel. After payment, check the order status and plan details in your account, then open the client and subscription section. A closed payment page doesn’t confirm that an order is complete. If the status is still unconfirmed, check the existing order before trying again.
If the payment status doesn’t match what the panel shows, submit the order details and payment outcome through a panel support ticket. Keep relevant order records, but don’t post your password, full subscription link or sensitive payment details publicly.
Refunds and plan changes
60-day no-questions-asked refunds
To decide whether a plan is right for you, consider your data needs, client usage habits and access to the services you use. Review the refund policy before choosing; there’s no need to wait until a problem occurs to find it.
Submit a request in the user panel
To request a refund, sign in to the account used to place the order, open a ticket, explain your request and include the relevant order details. Check the ticket for a response. If more order records are needed, continue in the same ticket so the request can be matched to the order.
The refund policy offers 60-day no-questions-asked refunds. See the full Terms of Service. This page does not promise a specific refund processing time or guarantee a payment provider’s processing schedule. Read the terms before paying, then track your request using the order record and ticket replies.
Check the changes before upgrading
For a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Before confirming, check the plan and remaining time shown in the panel; don’t assume an upgrade starts a new full billing period. Data packs follow their own rules: they last until used and never expire, and don’t reset monthly like monthly plans.

How much do VPNCJ plans cost?
The lowest-priced monthly plan is ¥9.9/month for 60GB; other monthly plans are ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB or ¥658/3000GB, and never expire. Monthly plan data resets on your activation date. Check the billing terms before choosing.
How many devices can use one account?
Use the account on unlimited devices at the same time. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so consider the needs of all your devices when choosing a plan.
What is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
60-day no-questions-asked refunds. Sign in to the user panel, open a ticket, explain that you’re requesting a refund and include the relevant order details. Check the ticket for a response. See the Terms of Service for the full policy; the order record and ticket response provide the latest status of your request.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. Choose a plan in the user panel, check the order total and billing terms, then follow the checkout instructions. After payment, return to the panel to check the order status; a closed payment page alone does not confirm that an order is complete.
When does monthly plan data reset, and can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Check the changes shown in the panel before upgrading. An upgrade does not grant a new full billing period, and data-pack rules are different from monthly plan reset rules.
Do data packs expire, and are they suitable for watching videos over the long term?
Data packs last until used and never expire. They suit occasional use or situations where you want to keep unused data for later. If you watch videos frequently over the long term, compare the monthly data allowances before choosing a data pack. Data packs do not refill monthly; video quality, viewing time and background downloads all affect usage.
