Service Scope

VPNCJ provides international routes for cross-border access and subscription management services, covering 100+ countries and 220+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes are listed in the user panel and may change due to maintenance or network conditions.

The service provides network connectivity only. It does not include accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites, streaming platforms, or AI tools. Access to a third-party service may also depend on its regional policies, account eligibility, and terms of use; route coverage does not guarantee access to all content.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials, subscription links, and devices with imported subscriptions. Subscription links function as access credentials and must not be posted on public pages, in groups, or in code repositories. If you suspect your credentials have been exposed, take action in the panel promptly and submit a support ticket.

VPNCJ supports unlimited simultaneous devices for the account holder's personal use across multiple devices. This does not permit account sharing with multiple people, subscription resale, or paid access for others. Subscriptions must not be used as public proxies or distributed in bulk.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Choose a plan that fits your needs, and check its price, data allowance, and billing method before confirming your order.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where they use the service, as well as the terms of the platforms they access. The service must not be used for cyberattacks, fraud, infringement, distributing illegal content, or unauthorized data access. Users must not send spam or disrupt other users' connections.

Users are responsible for their account activity and the content they transmit. VPNCJ's network connectivity service does not replace third-party platform permissions or authorize access to restricted materials. Obtain any necessary permissions before handling work materials, institutional networks, or protected content.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

Connection quality depends on factors such as the local network, carrier routing, destination websites, device settings, and route maintenance. VPNCJ does not guarantee a fixed speed, continuous connection, or uninterrupted access to any particular platform. If you encounter a problem, first check your subscription status, try another suitable route, and then report the issue through a support ticket.

Access interruptions caused by third-party platform policies, device failures, or force majeure should be addressed according to their specific cause. VPNCJ accepts applicable liability to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit any rights users have under applicable law.

Refund Policy

You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 60 days of your first payment. Log in to the panel and submit a refund request through a support ticket, including order details that can be used for verification. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied. Do not send your password or full subscription link in a ticket.

VPNCJ will verify the request against the order records and provide updates and refund arrangements through the ticket. Payments are supported through Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT; refund processing is subject to verification against the original order. If you have questions about a payment or order status, add details to the same ticket so we can follow up.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If VPNCJ identifies illegal use, resale or sharing, unauthorized access, or activity that disrupts normal service operation, it may suspend the relevant connection or restrict the account based on the risk and investigate the matter. If you disagree with the action, you may explain your concern through a support ticket. Account restrictions do not automatically remove any refund or other remedy available under applicable law.

VPNCJ may update these terms in response to service changes or legal requirements and will indicate the update month on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce statutory rights attached to orders already placed. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may stop using the service and contact support about how to handle an existing subscription.
