VPNCJ Subscription Setup Guide

Create an account, get your subscription, import it into a client, and check that you can access the app you need. Already have an account or subscription? Pick up at the relevant step.

Create an Account and Open the Panel

Start by opening the account creation page in the VPNCJ user panel. Enter a username and password in the form. No email address is required; your username and password are all you need. Choose a username you can recognize, and use a password manager to generate and save a unique password. Before submitting, check your entries for the right keyboard layout, capitalization, and any extra spaces.

Follow the on-screen instructions to access your account. If you return to the login page, sign in with the username and password you just saved. If the account overview opens, make sure it shows the account you created. Your account and subscription are part of the same setup, so you can use this panel to check plans, view orders, and get clients. You do not need a separate account for each device.

Since account creation does not require an email address, do not rely on email notifications to recover your account. Before leaving the page, make sure your login details are stored securely. If you cannot access the panel, check your entries and the on-screen instructions first. Avoid creating multiple accounts with similar usernames, which could make it harder to match orders to the right account. Existing users can sign in from the navigation menu.

First Month Free

Choose a Plan and Check Your Order

In the plans section of the panel, decide whether you need a monthly plan or a data package. Monthly plans suit ongoing use: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the date your plan began. Check the reset date in your account rather than assuming it refreshes on the first of each calendar month.

Data packages suit occasional use or users who prefer to plan around their total usage. Available options are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. Compare your viewing and work habits before choosing; broader server coverage alone is no reason to buy a larger package. See the plans page for full pricing and billing details.

After choosing a plan and opening the order page, check the plan name, price, and billing terms. Once confirmed, pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT as directed at checkout. Return to the user panel after payment and check that your order status and account overview have updated. If the external payment page shows completion but the panel has not updated, do not pay again right away. Keep your order details, then check the billing information in the help center or contact support through a panel ticket.

VPNCJ supports unlimited simultaneous devices and offers a 60-day refund guarantee. If you upgrade a monthly plan partway through its billing period, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the panel for the exact calculation. Once this step is complete, the account overview should show your active plan and its data allowance. Then get your subscription instead of guessing whether your account is ready in the client.

Choose a Plan

Get Your Subscription from the Overview

Open the account overview in the user panel and confirm that your plan is active. Check your remaining data and the status shown on the page. Then find the subscription section and use Copy Subscription or the import option for your client. A subscription link lets a client fetch server configurations; it is not a regular web address or an installation file. Pasting it into a browser address bar does not import it.

Your subscription link may contain account access credentials, so protect it like a password. Never post the full link in public discussions, shared documents, or screenshots. When asking for help, provide the client name, platform, and error message instead. If a screenshot shows the subscription address, hide it first. Do not paste the link into online conversion tools from unknown sources.

This page uses a dummy address to show what a subscription link looks like: https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This example will not connect. For actual use, copy the full address from your own panel and check that it contains no quotation marks, line breaks, or explanatory text. Once you have the link, go to the downloads section to get a client for your device, then follow the next step to import it. If the panel offers one-click import, use the option that matches your installed client.

Open Account Overview

Import the Configuration for Your Platform

Sign in and open the panel downloads section to find VPNCJ client options and instructions for your device. Get both the client and subscription through the panel; this guide does not provide direct installer downloads. If you are asked to have an active plan, return to the overview and check your plan status first. Make sure the client supports both your operating system and subscription format; similar app names do not guarantee compatibility.

The basic import process is the same across platforms: find the subscription or configuration manager, add the remote address, save it, update the configuration, and set the new configuration as active. If you save the address without fetching the server list, or fetch it but leave an old configuration enabled, the list may not match what you expect. The steps below point you to the right menus; exact button names vary by client.

Windows: Desktop Clients with Subscription Support

On Windows, use a compatible desktop client provided through the panel. After installing and opening it, go to “Configuration” or “Subscription” and look for “New,” “Add Subscription,” or “Import from URL.” Paste the full link copied from the account overview, give the profile a recognizable local name, then save and update it. The name is just a note on your device; do not include your username or password.

After the update, check that a server list appears, then select the imported configuration. If the client asks you to enable the system proxy or network routing feature, follow the panel instructions. If you are unsure what a setting does, keep the recommended option and avoid changing several network settings at once. Check app access after selecting the configuration in the connection test step.

macOS: Allow Required Network Settings

On macOS, use a compatible desktop client that supports remote subscriptions, available through the panel. In the app, add the URL from the “Configuration,” “Subscription,” or import menu, then save and refresh. If macOS prompts you to add a network configuration, install a helper component, or allow network access, make sure the prompt comes from the client you just opened. Then grant permission through the official interface; do not proceed through unfamiliar pop-ups.

Once the server list appears, make sure the new configuration is active, then enable the proxy or connection switch as instructed by the client. If another network tool is controlling the system proxy, pause its connection to prevent settings from conflicting. Closing a window may not quit the app, so check its menu bar status before testing to make sure it is no longer running in the background.

Android: Confirm System Permission After Import

On Android, use a client that supports remote subscriptions, as listed in the panel instructions. After installing and opening it, add the subscription address in the configuration list or use the matching one-click import option in the panel. Save and refresh manually once to confirm the servers have loaded, then select the configuration. If a browser opens the import flow, check that the app receiving the link is the client you intend to use.

The first time you connect, Android may ask for permission to establish a VPN connection. Confirm the app before approving. If the connection drops when the app goes into the background, check battery or background-app restrictions in your system settings and allow the client to run in the background if needed. Settings vary by device, so you do not have to follow another device’s menu path. The connection does not require permissions unrelated to networking.

iOS: Check the App Source and Import Method

On iPhone and iPad, follow the iOS instructions in the panel to get a client that supports subscriptions. Whether an app appears in the App Store may depend on your account region and the app’s availability. If you cannot find it, check the panel instructions first. Do not install an unfamiliar configuration profile from an unknown website. Once the client is available, continue with subscription import.

In the app, choose URL import from the “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or add menu, paste the link, and update it. If the panel offers a matching one-click import option, you can use it to open the app from your browser; check the details and save. When iOS asks to add a VPN configuration for the first connection, verify the app name before granting permission. Importing a subscription and authorizing a connection are separate steps. After importing, select a server and connect.

Connect to a Server and Verify It Works

Once the configuration is active, open the server list and choose a server for your needs. Domestic video services, streaming, AI tools, and work apps may require different regions. Check which region the service needs rather than choosing a server just because its name looks familiar. IEPL dedicated lines, relays, and direct connections describe connection types; none guarantees access to every platform. See the server guide for tips on choosing a route.

Turn on the connection, grant any required system permissions, and check whether the client shows as connected. Then open a browser or the app you need and reload the page you want to access. A successful connection status only means the connection was established. Whether an app lets you sign in, load content, or play media can also depend on routing settings, your account region, and the platform’s rules. Test the service you actually plan to use rather than relying on the status-bar icon.

If you cannot access the service, disconnect first and make sure your local network can load familiar sites. Reconnect, then check the active configuration, remaining data, and selected server. Next, try another server that meets the same regional requirements, then reopen the app. Change one thing at a time and note the result; this makes it easier to identify the cause than changing the network mode, region, and rules all at once.

If websites work in your browser but one app does not, check whether that app uses the proxy and whether your account region, cache, or an old session could be affecting the result. For streaming region checks and common errors, see the streaming guide. For general connection, subscription update, and billing questions, visit the Help Center. Setup is complete once you can test the app you need; there is no need to adjust every advanced setting.

If the issue persists, open a support ticket in the panel. Include your device platform, the client’s error message, the app you are trying to access, and the steps you have already tried. Share enough detail to help identify the problem, but hide your password and subscription link. Once the connection works, keep the working configuration. To set up another device later, return to the subscription and platform-specific import steps.
